R. Alex Narvaez, Founder & President
R. Alex Narvaez is a seasoned professional in the commercial and residential real estate industry, with a specialization in re-developing residential properties. He has attended the University of Houston - DT, where he gained an education that contributes to his deep understanding of the real estate industry. With over a decade of experience, he has a deep understanding of the acquisition, sales, leasing, and management of commercial and residential properties. Additionally, he has a strong background in IT infrastructure, having worked for major companies such as Chevron and AT&T. This, combined with his experience as a local chief union steward, a paralegal, and an election judge, gives him a well-rounded and diverse skill set. Furthermore, his experience as a technology-savvy professional allows him to bring a unique perspective and understanding of the industry. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and holds a valid license in the state of Texas. He is also certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water damage mitigation, adding an important dimension to his property management skill set. In 2016, he founded Superior Property Management, which specializes in providing property management services to clients. He also founded a construction company in the same year, and in 2019 he established Velasco Realty Partners, a full-service real estate brokerage that specializes in lease and purchase agreements, and sales of properties. This breadth of experience, combined with his professional certifications and memberships, has given Narvaez the expertise to provide superior property management services, ensuring the success and growth of any property under his care. A resident of the Champion Forest neighborhood, a proud father of three young boys, Leonardo, Sebastian, and Emmanuel and a passionate sailor, he enjoys working on and taking his family out for a sail on his sailboat named Aurora docked at the Waterford Harbor Marina in Clear Lake, TX.

Vanessa Narvaez, Full charge accounting director
Meet Vanessa, a seasoned accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. She is a graduate of the University of Houston - Downtown campus, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Additionally, she was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success. She is currently the full charge accounting director and treasurer of a company, where she oversees the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments. Prior to her current role, Vanessa gained extensive experience working in the hospitality industry as the financial director for Palacios Murphy, a boutique hospitality group. Under her leadership, the financial department successfully expanded from one restaurant to five concept restaurants and one hotel, as well as multiple real estate holdings. Her ability to manage and grow the financial department in a fast-paced and dynamic environment makes her a valuable asset to any organization. Vanessa's expertise in accounting and her experience in the hospitality industry make her a well-rounded professional able to tackle any financial challenge that comes her way. Vanessa also provides consulting services to other firms and assists in setting up systems for proper accounting and financial management. David Bynum, Operations Manager
David Bynum is a dedicated manager with a strong background in European history. He graduated from New College of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in History and has since gone on to work in various roles, including as a teacher's aide and legal assistant. David is a devoted Catholic and is happily married with two sons.
As management, David brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the table. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating the maintenance and repair of properties, overseeing tenant relations and communications, and ensuring that all legal and financial obligations are met. He is also skilled in budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
In addition to his management responsibilities, David is also actively involved in the community. He is committed to building and maintaining positive relationships with both tenants and landlords, and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everyone's needs are met. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively make him an asset to any property management team.
Raul Chavez, Property Inspector & Maintenance Director
Raul Chavez is a seasoned professional with 40 years of experience in residential and multifamily housing maintenance, repairs, and estimation. He is a master of his craft, possessing a deep understanding of the intricacies of property management, maintenance, and repair.
As a property inspector and senior maintenance manager, Raul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. He has a keen eye for detail and is able to quickly identify and address any issues that may arise in a property. He is also skilled in creating accurate and comprehensive estimates for repairs and renovations, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Carlos has years of experience working in the field of property maintenance, during which time he has developed a deep understanding of how to keep residential properties in top condition. He is well-versed in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. Carlos is also certified in various industry-specific areas, such as safety and hazardous materials handling. He is an effective problem-solver, able to quickly and efficiently diagnose and fix issues that arise. He is committed to providing excellent customer service, and always goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are satisfied with the work he performs. Our support staff includes an in-house front office receptionist, 24/7 emergency phone support, and a team of in-house leasing agents. We also work with a network of preferred vendors who can assist with everything from maintenance and repairs to landscaping and HVAC services.
