He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and holds a valid license in the state of Texas. He is also certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water damage mitigation, adding an important dimension to his property management skill set. In 2016, he founded Superior Property Management, which specializes in providing property management services to clients. He also founded a construction company in the same year, and in 2019 he established Velasco Realty Partners, a full-service real estate brokerage that specializes in lease and purchase agreements, and sales of properties.
