And once we start working with them, we never ask you to terminate your client relationship. We handle only their management needs and send them right back to you for any future sales.

Step 2: We connect with your referral customer. A member of our team will reach out to explain the management options available for your client.

Step 3: Collect your referral bonus. Once your client signs a contract with us and the property is leased with a qualified tenant, we’ll send you your check for $595!

Should the property sell, the management agreement with Superior Property Management will be terminated. If the property is leased before it sells, the agent earns a receives a referral fee.
